The Z330 can reach sequential read/write speeds of up to 2,100/1,700MB/s, while the Z340, equipped with a DRAM Cache Buffer and NVMe specification, boosts the sequential read/write speeds to an impressive 3,400/3,000MB/s.
These ultra-thin M.2 SSDs feature a patented graphene copper foil cooling module developed by the T-FORCE laboratory. The graphene, copper foil, and insulation layer are bonded together using a specialized stacking technology, resulting in a thickness of less than 1mm. This design effectively eliminates the problem of limited installation space.
The T-FORCE CARDEA ZERO Z330 and Z340 M.2 SSDs have undergone rigorous testing and burn-in by the T-FORCE internal laboratory. During 3 hours of continuous reading/writing, they are able to provide more than 9% of cooling effect, ensuring consistent performance.
To enhance operation efficiency and prolong the lifespan of these solid-state drives, the T-FORCE CARDEA ZERO Z330 and Z340 M.2 SSDs support various smart management technologies, including TRIM command, S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology), LDPC ECC (Error-correcting code), E2E Data Protection, and Global Wear Leveling.
In terms of specifications, the T-FORCE CARDEA ZERO Z330 is available in 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB capacities, while the Z340 offers 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB options. Both models operate at a DC +3.3V voltage and can withstand a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C (operational) and -40°C to 85°C (storage).
The Z330 model boasts impressive performance, with sequential read/write speeds of up to 2,100/1,700MB/s for the 1TB and 2TB variants, and up to 1,800/1,500MB/s for the 512GB version. The maximum IOPS (Input/Output Operations Per Second) for the Z330 is 220K/200K for read/write respectively.
The Z340 model outperforms the Z330, with sequential read/write speeds of up to 3,400/3,000MB/s for the 1TB variant, 3,400/2,000MB/s for the 512GB, and 3,000/1,000MB/s for the 256GB. The maximum IOPS for the Z340 is an impressive 450K/400K for read/write.
Both the Z330 and Z340 models weigh 9g and measure 80.0(L) x 22.0(W) x 3.7(H) mm in dimensions. They are designed to operate in a humidity range of up to 90% RH under 40°C and can withstand vibrations of 80Hz to 2,000Hz/20G and shocks of up to 1,500G/0.5ms.
The T-FORCE CARDEA ZERO Z330 and Z340 M.2 SSDs are compatible with Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, and Vista, as well as Linux 2.6.33 or later. The Z330 has a Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of 1,500,000 hours, while the Z340 boasts an MTBF of 2,000,000 hours.
